When I was younger I use to spend the summer days at our local pool. I remember that me and my friends would walk to the local creamy whip during swim breaks to grab our favorite ice cream treat.
On these trips my go to choice was a milkshake. As a skinny little girl I could enjoy those milkshakes worry free. Now that I am all grown up, I can’t indulge in a daily milkshake. BUT, I think I may have a milkshake that we can all enjoy and feel good about enjoying it.
