ITALIAN BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS

Healthy, Nut Free

Italian Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts make a healthy delicious weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.  Chicken breast coated with a Italian breadcrumb and Parmesan mix make a delicious crispy outer layer to a perfectly moist cooked chicken breast.

IRISH BEEF STEW

There is really nothing more comforting than a delicious bowl of beef stew.  This Irish Beef Stew is delicious and bold with layers of flavor.  I used Guinness Beer, but you can substitute with Beef Stock to make this recipe gluten-free.

The marinade for these fajitas is so tasty too, you could definitely use this same marinade on chicken if you like. And if you can’t find skirt steak, flank steak works totally fine too.
