We are a family that loves our meatballs.  We enjoy them for dinner in a big ol’ bowl of sauce, or in a sandwich between some nice crusty bread, or even as an appetizer.  I would consider us a family that takes  our meatballs pretty seriously, so when I tried out Gardein Classic Meatless Meatballs I kept the fact that the meatballs were in fact meatless to myself.  I sautéed them in a quick and simple homemade sticky sweet sauce and put them out for my boys to enjoy and soon after not a meatball remained.  Even my youngest who I must fight to eat vegetables, didn’t bat an eye, he actually ate the most.

Of course when I told them they were meatless they were amazed, they all said they didn’t have a clue.  They even suggested I share this with my sister n law whose youngest is an extremely picky eater, because they were convinced they would even trick him, because they are just that delicious.

Another thing to love about these meatballs is that they are dairy free, non-GMO and LOADED  with protein.  I really suggest picking up some and giving this recipe a try.  Pull them out when you are short on time for a quick delicious dinner, or serve them as an appetizer at a party.
