I love a protein packed smoothie after my workout, and I love a protein packed smoothie bowl for breakfast.

So… I pretty much want this Strawberry Pineapple Protein Smoothie Bowl twice a day.  I love adding some granola as a topping for crunch. You can use whatever topping tickles your smoothie bowl fancy. I like using berries, but you could add pomegranate seeds, goji berries, almonds, pineapple chunks, really truly whatever makes you happy.

This smoothie bowl contains Pineapple which is one of those great sources of Vitamin C that nature offers us.

Strawberry Pineapple Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled cubed pineapple
  • 1 cup trimmed strawberries
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 scoop whey vanilla protein powder
  • Fresh ice

Toppings:

  • 2-3 strawberries cut in half
  • 4-5 blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon granola {more to your taste}

Instructions

  • In a blender add all ingredients
  • Pour into a bowl add toppings and enjoy.
  • You can also enjoy from a glass or protein shaker.
