Summer means days outside, relaxing and applying sunscreen. And summer means sandwiches.
Everyone knows the ultimate summer sandwich is an Italian Panini. If you want one from your local deli, chances are you will have to wait in line that goes out the door, and you will be paying a hefty price.
No need, to get up early and rush to the deli and stand in that line to feed your family, just make your own at home.  Wrapping it up with some fresh veggies and fruit you have the perfect family picnic.
Don’t you just love a sandwich that is pressed until all the ingredients inside are oozing out their flavors? I do, and this turkey caprese Panini is filled with lean turkey, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Just make sure you make an extra sandwich or two, or three, these will go fast.
I used Hormel Natural Choice Smoked Deli Turkey meat in my sandwich.  I will only serve deli meat to my family that is all natural with no added chemicals.  I can feel confident that I am serving a natural product that has no preservatives and no nitrates/no nitrites, no added hormones.  Which means I am serving my family and I the highest quality deli meat.
