Berry Ricky Cocktail

Berry Rickey Cocktail Recipe with A Healthy Life For Me.

The first day of spring has come and gone, but I am desperately hoping like most of us that Spring has Sprung and the cold weather has left us.  The crocus blooms fill my backyard and my honey bees are buzzing around them collecting nectar and pollen to fill their coffers for the upcoming season.  Two of my hives have survived the winter, and I am hopefully they will be able to provide me with some honey this year.

Along with the spring flowers and bees comes berry season, though Strawberries are first, Blackberries come to ripen soon after and there is nothing better than fresh berries.  This Berry Rickey Cocktail uses fresh Blackberries, Chambord and Gin.   Simple, fresh and delicious.
