Mandarin Vodka Spritzer

I am in love with little Mandarins in the store and they are so juicy that I thought they would be great in a cocktail.

When I was writing this recipe I originally had it as a Martini, but then when it was time to shoot the pictures I wanted to use a low ball glass and not a martini glass.  Then I wasn’t sure if I could label it as a Martini, since it wasn’t in a Martini glass.  I mean we drink Margaritas out of all types of glasses, but have you ever had a Martini in anything other than a Martini glass?  I haven’t, so I went with the name Spritzer which fitted just as well since it is a chilled drink with club soda. Mandarins | Mandarin Vodka SpritzerMandarin Vodka Spritzer Cocktail
