This Christmas Cocktail is the perfect berry bubbly way to celebrate your holidays. Cheers!

Oh, my lovely bubbly champagne, how I love thee.  Throw a dash of brandy and some sweet cranberry juice and a few fresh raspberries into the mix and you have my devotion, my lovely bubbly champagne.

Is it strange that I am talking to my cocktail?  Why, no it is not, once you sip your own, you will understand and you too will be cocktail talking.  Plus, after a long day at the mall trying to finish up my Christmas shopping, fighting for parking spots and watching people almost get run over had me a little frazzled.  Not to mention my legs are so freaking sore from Crossfit this week, I was cursing the parking spot Gods for the miles I had to walk just to get to the mall, to begin with, and please don’t even let me get started on the walk back with the bags of presents.

So see now you understand why when I got home and made myself this yummy Christmas Cocktail all was right in the world again.

I hope your holiday shopping is going well, your presents are all wrapped and under the tree, and that you can sit and enjoy this cocktail this weekend or through holidays.  Cheers!

I dont’ think it odd in the least that you talked to your cocktail. After the day you had, I hope you enjoyed a couple of drinks with your ‘friend’. 🙂

    Gorgeous pictures, Amy!

This sounds really good. I would make it as a mocktail probably since I dont drink alcohol, but still sounds so delicious.

It would be great as a Cocktail too, maybe with a bit of sprite or 7 up so you still get your bubbly.
