Dublin Appletini Cocktail is fresh, fun way to welcome St. Patty’s Day and spring with a splash of Irish Whiskey, Sour Apple Schnapps and cranberry juice.
St. Patrick’s next weekend. Â It is also my oldest brothers birthday, I won’t tell you how old he is. Â I am a good little sister! Â I have always been a fan of St. Patrick’s Day. Â What is not to love, you wear green you have good luck, you drink green beer if you are in college. Â YACK!
Well since we are much more sophisticated group I am sharing a Dublin Appletini. Â I used Jameson whiskey. Â I have been informed by the cocktail lady at the spirits store that this is the best single malt Irish Whiskey. Â Of course I now defer to her on all things liqurious, because she knows what the heck she is talking about. Â This was a delicious surprise, even my snotty martini drinking hubby was quite impressed with how good this lil’ Dublin Appletini tasted!
Remember to shake the heck out of your martini shaker with “fresh” ice to get the best cocktail.
