Love Rouge Cocktail is a romantic cocktail filled with fresh flavor with a bit of bubbly.  Perfect way to start your weekend.

Are you ready to sweeten up your sweetheart for Valentine’s Day?  Try my Love Rouge Cocktail, its a great combination of citrus and raspberry with vodka and a splash of the bubbly champagne.   You will knock the socks of your sweetie, and maybe yourself.  This is a seriously easy cocktail to drink and make.

Ingredients

• 2-3 fresh raspberries
• 1-2 strips of orange rind
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• splash of champagne
• Fresh ice

Instructions

• Add Raspberries and orange rind, to martini shaker and muddle.
• Add vodka, simple syrup, fresh ice.
• Shake martini shaker until cooled.
• Pour into a martini glass and top with splash of champagne
