I am a happy happy girl. Â You know why? Â Because it is going to be sunny and 67 degrees today! Â woo-hoo! Â I will be spending the day planting in the vegetable garden: lettuce, beets, peas, radishes, basil, cilantro and parsley oh-my! Â I will soak up every ray of sunshine and be damn happy about ever minute of it!
Now unless you live here in Cincinnati- you could not possible understand my over the top exhilaration for this weather. Â Let me give you a heads up… Monday it snowed… twice. Â Enough said!
So to celebrate the official (LATE) start of spring I offer up my Raspberry Mojito. Â This drink ROCKS! Â I love the ginger ale splash on top makes for a bit of a twist on an old standard.
I hope the weather is magnificent where you are at and that you get out and enjoy the weekend with friends and family with a Raspberry Mojito in hand!
