It has finally gotten cold here! So that means soup. Or at least that is what it means to me. Soup is a great weeknight dinner option. Most can be made ahead and reheated. If made with clean ingredients they can be low calorie high nutritious options as well. Don’t worry it is not all soup but it is definitely this week’s theme.
