Bees Knees Cocktail

Gin Serrano Chile Lemon Juice Honey

Oh how the garden is bursting with peppers and chiles.  The hubby went out an picked a bucket of peppers.  I asked him “why are you picking so many peppers?”  he said “so you can pickle them for me”.  He is such a generous man, is he not?  Let me help you with this answer…. NOT!   So, I needed to use up some of the peppers from the five gallon bucket (there are still more on the plants in the garden) and why not make another spicy cocktail.  Plus I got to use some of my precious honey, yum!  This cocktail is not for the faint of heart, plenty of gin with a spicy bite.  Gin Serrano Chile Lemon Juice Honey
