Being a lover of Margaritas I am always trying to come up with a new way to enjoy them. I had picked up a bag of grapes and was munching away on them when I thought to myself “these would be good with Tequila”, a totally normal way to think. Right? Right?
Anywho, I smashed a few grapes up in a martini shaker added the Tequila, then I thought of my favorite St. Germain added a splash and a squeeze of a lime and some bubbly and here you have it. I threw in some grapes with the ice to enjoy when the cocktail was finished. I might add purple to the glass next time to make it a more colorful looking cocktail, otherwise this is a nice, light and refreshing cocktail.
Enjoy!

I invented this margarita years ago amd have served it in 2 restaurants. Did you try mine or something?
hi Amy, how much club soda do you add? is this for one serving? thanks.
Kaarn,
I added enough club soda to fill the glass after the other ingredients, which on the glass I was using was around 3-4 ounces. Yes, it is for a single serving. Enjoy!
