I like my gin, especially with a bit of citrus flavoring, but with scotch? Â WHAT? Â Yep you heard me right Scotch. Â Adding a splash of Scotch makes this cocktail a very sophisticated spirit.
When I think of Scotch I think of a room full of stuffy men in plaid coats smokiness cigars and sipping scotch. See stuffy.  But, add a bit of light gin and bright citrus flavors to your scotch and you end up with a fun cocktail that is deep in flavor that you can enjoy anytime and totally not feel starchy.

Enjoy Anna.
I’m not much for scotch, but this does sound delicious
It will make you like a little scotch with your gin.
I love a citrusy cocktail this time of year. Signifies the holidays for me.
Happy Holidays Cathy.
I agree that this cocktail doesn’t seem the least bit starchy or stodgy to me – and now I want one!
Thanks Donalyn.
