Breakfast is a must for all of us. It is the most important meal of the day. A nutritious breakfast is essential for our health and weight management, but not having it at all is the worst option.
Eating breakfast in the morning is just a matter of habit. Taking 10 minutes to make and eat some nutritious food in the morning can be simple.
Fresh berries, oatmeal or other grain cereal, and avocado toast are great options. Peanut butter or any nut butter like almond butter, greek yogurt, or scrambled eggs are a few more of the quick and nutritious breakfast options that will not take much time and can make a great difference in your health, mood, and looks.
Choosing nutritious options for breakfast is vital for achieving optimal health.
Protein, Fiber, and Whole Grains make for a breakfast that will keep you energized and sharp throughout the day.
Protein in the morning will jump-start your metabolism and make you feel fuller longer, helping to avoid those mid-morning temptations and cravings.
Fiber from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains is important for digestion. Men should consume 38 grams per day, and women should get 25 grams, including soluble and insoluble fiber. Three grams of soluble fiber in the diet can have cholesterol-lowering effects.
Many breakfasts are full of carbohydrates, so this is the perfect time to make those whole-grain choices. Whole grains are rich in B vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin, which provide energy. To keep you marching through your day.
5 Reasons Why You Should Eat Breakfast.

I totally agree that people should at least take 10 minutes of their time to prepare a healthy meal in the morning. However, I don’t have enough time to cook two meals and I have to compromise my lunch. Maybe I can just check nearby restaurants if they offer brunch meals for busy people like me.

As I understand it there are very few serious studies about eating vs skipping breakfast.
It seems likely that the five “reasons why you should eat breakfast” are not backed up by science, but are simply common beliefs that are regularly presented as facts, often by breakfast food manufacturers, and repeated by popular health “authorities”, including doctors.
Can you site serious studies, not funded by breakfast food manufacturers, that support these statements?
