Apple Nachos are a healthy fall snack that is paleo, gluten free, dairy free recipe. Â The perfect snack to serve to the kids or adults. Â A little sweet and nutty with wholesome ingredients.
Caramel Apples are a sure sign its fall.
Tart apples stuck on a stick and then dipped in caramel are a great fall snack, but it is not the healthiest.
These Apple Nachos are a great delicious healthy compromise.  They are also fun to eat, a little messy and sticky, the perfect fun food for kids and adults.  And that’s exactly why it’s so good because both the kids and the parents will enjoy with excuses to gather around the table for a quick snack and catch up on the day’s events before you rush off to soccer practice or the kids start their homework.
This recipe offers a great complex carb, a bit of protein and healthy fats.  The perfect combo to feed and fuel.

Thanks Amanda.
I love this!! Especially with apple season here this is a great way to use up excess apples. I would put so many toppings on the apples that they would no longer be healthy lol.
Thanks Kacey.
Now this is my kind of nachos! LOVE this! And love how easy it is to make too. 🙂
Really easy Carrie, and fun for the kiddos.
I’m always looking for more snacks that are naturally gluten-free. We’ve got apples on hand right now, so I’m going to make this soon!
Enjoy Michelle!
